No. Bilt is an exclusive network of the top creative talent. Our members need to go through a review process in order to be approved.
How can I get started with Bilt?
Talent should email biltcollective@createch.com with their resume and portfolio in order to begin the review process.
How do I sign up for a mentor session, class, portfolio review, or event on Bilt?
If you are a member looking to sign up for a service, please email biltcollective@createch.com and we will sign you up. If you want to do it yourself, you must create an Employer profile in addition to your Talent profile. This is because all Talent – Candidates and Providers on Bilt are offering a service, and Employers are the ones who hire these services.
How can I hire talent I find on Bilt?
Employers are able to post jobs on Bilt for free. Members apply to jobs and Bilt also pushes these jobs to our network and flows talent back to apply directly to your job. There is either a one-time fee of $2000.00 to hire or Bilt will payroll a candidate for you with no additional fee.
